The Hanwha DECAN S1 is a high-precision, medium-speed pick-and-place machine employing magnetic levitation rail technology. It achieves a placement accuracy of ±28μm (chip) / ±30μm (QFP), suitable for components ranging from 0.30mm to 15mm and 75mm in diameter, with a theoretical throughput of 47,000 CPH. Its working principle is based on the high stability of the magnetic levitation rail, ensuring both accuracy and speed during the placement process. This model utilizes 10 placement heads and 5 flying cameras to achieve high-speed, high-precision placement operations. The PCB board placement range is L510W510mm (single rail), with a single rail board clearance of L1000W460mm, and a PCB board thickness of 0.38-4.2mm. The machine dimensions are L1430W1740H1485mm, requiring 380V and an air supply of 0.4-0.7Mpa. This model is widely used in the home appliance, automotive, LED, and consumer electronics industries.
